Endoscopic Forehead Lift and Blepharoplasty

Before: A 40-year-old woman with sagging eyebrows and excess skin in the upper eyelids. Skin excess and fat pads in the lower eyelids create dark shadows above and below the protruding fat, so-called tear trough.
After endoscopic forehead surgery and lower blepharoplasty: Transposition of the fat pads downwards has created a smooth transition between the eyelids and the cheeks. The skin excess in the upper eyelid has almost gone by lifting eyebrows and forehead. Almost three years after the surgery. The upper eyelids are not operated.
